Managers or Directors, are inconsiderate,

You have to be on time for work everyday with no call offs, if u are late or took a couple of days twice in one year, regardless of your circumstances, you are fired, better yet if your work performance was not its best for the week or day your pay is being docked, oh this is a good one, we are going to use your skills, education and experiences to bring this company to the top and only pay you just enough to keep you coming back...
